Title: ERR: Pixel port 1 has 5000 nodes allocated but maximum is 1024.
Post by: bpducman on June 06, 2021, 11:57:39 AM
Good day

I am getting this message under the visualizer.

ERR: Pixel port 1 has 5000 nodes allocated but maximum is 1024.

Where is the allocation located?

What is the difference between upload input and upload output?

Thanks
Brad

I think I know what it means ... it's telling me to delete the controller and try again. And I did and now she is working just fine.

Upload input uploads the e131 definition. Upload output uploads the pixel port definitions.

Hi Keith

are we uploading from the controllers to xlghts or from xlights to the controllers?

One of the products I sell is starting to use the terms Set Configuration and Get Configuration.
Just to try and clarify the term "upload". Sometimes it can be confusing.

Thanks
Brad

You are uploading from xlights to the controller. Like it or not that is the terminology we have.
