Title: Paid Sequence not importing Correctly

I bought a sequence from Magical Light Shows- Take On Me.  I followed the import tutorial on the site and all of my groups and props are in the same order as Tom's.  The sequence plays fine, however, for the entire sequence the pixels are all white and never turn to the full color patterns they are supposed to.  I emailed MLS, and the response was to make sure the props were in the correct order since xLights renders from the top down.  Although, my props are in the correct order, would that really affect the color of the pixels for an effect?  Is there anything else I can check to see why the correct colors do not import?  FYI- I checked each effect and white is the only color checked, so the effect is not importing like it should, or I'm doing something wrong.

I suggest you go into zoom and let the guys there take a look.
