Post by: elliptic on October 03, 2021, 09:41:29 AM
Hi peeps, so starting to get the planning done for my first year and today have been getting to grips with FPP. Its suddenly dawned on me i need some form of audio out from the K4. Any ideas how i do this as the USB has the WIFI adaptor in it or can i add a splitter then put a USB Soundcard on it too? Thanks for the help in advance...

There are two options:

1) A USB hub will work.  If you can get a USB2 hub (instead of USB3), they tend to work better for audio

2) I micro-usb -> USBA female OTG adapter -  the microusb port on the PocketBeagle can work, but getting a proper adapter for it is hard to find.  I believe something like:
