Title: 2021.29 and above freeze windows explorer

Trying to install 2021.30, 31, or 32 results in windows explorer freezing and nothing happens. Windows 10 pro with only windows defender as AV. Have disabled AV and same result. Right click and run as admin, same result. Anyone have any other ideas?

I use windows 10 pro on my pc and haven't seen anything like that. Don't have any idea what would cause it.
