Title: Crashing when attempting to place 'pictures effect'

I was working on a sequence, I went to place the pictures effect on the timeline and xLights crashed. I reopened xLights and the effect does show on the timeline, however when selected Lights crashes.
I have repeated this several times and xLights crashes every time.

xLights Version: 2021.36 64bit

Update:

Something I forgot to add is that I am using Windows 11. Have tried 2021.36 several times (whether as a stand alone install or as an upgrade to 2021.35)  and the issue persists.

I uninstalled version 2021.36 and installed 2021.35 and everything is working again.

Known issue .. and fixed in upcoming release. Try going into preferences and disable Effect Assist.
