Title: Corlight card setup

Can you set up the colorlight card through the Pi, or does I have to be hooked to the computer? I do not have gigabit ethernet connection on my computer but I have a Pi 3b+

I think you need it hooked to the computer if you need to run the software provided by the company to setup the card.  Its not going to know how to communicate to a Pi to do the setup.  You should be able to buy a USB dongle that provids gigabit ethernet.
