Title: Basic Rotation of Mega Tree

Been a while since I tried to do this, and I'm at a loss.  I've tried every effect I can find, but can't seem to get any of them to do what I want.  Looking for a simple horizontal rotation of the green vertical lines on my Mega Tree.  I know, getting old and forgetful.........

bars works unless you are not describing what you want accurately.
