A few years ago I bought a 12 strip pixel tree sequence from Holidaycoro. I used it for about 3 years now & when I went to import it into my setup for this year it went to s_ _ _. I have the sequence on my computer but it has a sup file extension. How do I import it into xlights today? If I remember right I did the import in 2017 but that was with the old method of importing.
Thanks Mike

Never had to .. but I think its like a normal sequence import, ie. create a new sequence, click import effects, select *.sup file in the properties, then select that .sup file. Now map over the strands to your tree strands.
I do recall some other method where you tell it how many strands from and to and it would convert .. not sure where that was done. Perhaps others can help here.

It is imported like any other as allknowing says. Likely it was broken by deleting or moving the many images that are created when importing such sequences. Another option is to fix the images if it is just a file location issue using bulk edit.
