Title: Model Tree 360 bug

Had a model Tree 360 setup, change to 180, but when I tried to change back to 360 the OK?Cancel buttons were gone and nothing I did would work, would get errors, had to delete and recreate.

it is a known bug and has already been reported

Ok, is there a spot where we can view already posted, but not fixed, bugs?  I did a brief search and didn't see this bug reported.

Fixed last night in the code.   (at least on the Mac, Sean needs to double check on Windows)
