Title: Mega tree only one strand lights up

Today I mowed around my mega tree and unplugged all the wires and power supply to it but when I plugged it back in all I get is one strand in the very middle all white what did I do? I think the power supply was on when I unplugged it

You need to provide a whole lot more info.  What type of controller, PC or FPP, etc.

figured out what happened not sure why but raspberry pi switches or mixesup serial ports ttyAM0 and ttyAM1 hhad to reassign them in FPP and all was fine
