Title: Crash when attempting to export house preview video in 2024.09 64 bit on Windows

In versions prior to 2024.09 64 bit on Windows, exporting works fine.  In version 2024.09 64 bit, no matter which xsq file I use, xLights crashes.  I have re-rendered with 2024.09 and attempted to export but I still get the same results, a crash.
