Title: Faces and other shapes

I am trying to learn how to create different shapes in a grid, whether it is a tree or a matrix.  I have seen people do this on a mega tree and I would love to do custom shapes (I really want to create Halloween faces) on the Matrix's I am making.

Sorry if this is simple and I am just missing it

You will either need to wait till we get that capability in sometime this year or create something like a JPEG and import it using the Picture effect.

I will play with the picture import and then try the new function when it come out :)

Is it best to create a picture with the same pixel count as the Matrix has?  I have windows that are going to be 22x22 so would a new picture starting at 22x22 pixels be the best or does it matter because scaling takes care of it?

I resized mine in Photoshop first then I knew they would come out exactly like I saw them.

I know this post is old but I was wondering if you ever figured out the halloween faces for Matrix and if so can you please share them? Thank you
