Sean, I have been having the same trouble. When adding additional models to the wholehouse xlights crashes. No big deal the program is still great.

No big deal but when I tried to add models (additional mini trees) to Wholehouse model it crashed. I did it twice just to make sure and each time it did the same thing without adding the models.

Got it to work Gil, Thanks. It seems on some sequences and on different effects there is some speed adjustments to do. Not a big deal.

Correct. Slide and entering numbers didn't change the fps.

In the latest release the fps is off on my matrix that is running videos. I tried to adjust it  and it will not adjust. I did the video conversion with ffmpeg at 20 fps. I had to do a little frame adjustment in earlier releases and it worked great. Jon Back and I were exchanging videos and they worked on his system and mine. But in 4.1.17 it will not fit the sequence timing and I can't adjust the fps.

Any suggestions?
