All is  ok. I ran the  file in LOR and  the  sign  works   just fine. I forgot that I ran  my   nodes in a  zig zag  on the  sign so  when I   make  my  model I  set it  up   that  way. Thanks for the  replies everyone

Hi  I  seem  to  be  puzzled a bit  here. I  created text in  Nutcracker for  my  Pixelsign. When I  try  to  use model export Nutcracker freezes. If use the plain export and export as a LCB file it  works but  when I  try to paste to  my LOR  sequence I get this  result:
The words should   not me  flipped.....

Ok  I  am  confused  . I set  up  my  universes in xlights,  made some  models  and  when I  try  to  add  display elements   I keep  getting "you must open a sequence first"  message. I open  a new musical sequence,  get my  timing marks  from  the Audacity file I created and  then  try  to add the display elements. Am I missing  something?

 Thanks for  the   reply. My issue is that the icicles are in a  group of  3 and  each  are of  different lengths and  pixel numbers. I have 5 sets I planned of  stringing  together.
