Not sure if this is the correct place for this but. I have several non standard RGB floodlights, actually GRB, is there any way to set them up so the channels control the proper channels?

It depends on the length of your strings and number of outputs you are using per "bank". For example 16 fifty node strings would require 2400 channels which would put your last channel in universe 5 channel 360.
