Bugs in xLights/Nutcracker / Re: Problems importing SUP files
« on: December 01, 2016, 08:04:55 AM »
Looks like the issue is only when I view the P10 panels in "Model Preview". When I play them live everything looks correct. Guess its a problem with my computer screen.

Bugs in xLights/Nutcracker / Problems importing SUP files
« on: November 30, 2016, 07:38:22 AM »
I upgraded my 12 CCR horizontal matrix to p10 panels and when I import the SUP files a few rows of lights are off. The SUP files are from Wowlights and I am importing them through the "Import" function in xLights. Has anyone else had this problem?

The crash report looks like all your data is there.  Your xlights_rgbeffects.xml file has a model with a screwed up name.  When I open up the xml the names looks like "nul" and highlighted like it's a special character.  I'd manually rename that model in the xml and try to open again.

Ok thanks for the help!

Bugs in xLights/Nutcracker / Bug in 4.1.8?
« on: June 27, 2015, 01:31:54 PM »
Hi guys!

Yesterday I was using Xlights 4.1.8 when it suddenly crashed on me and created a crash report. Basically I was working on a sequence when after I saved it the program crashed. Now when I go into Xlights all of my models are gone but my layout and sequence was saved. I checked the folders for the models and nothing is there. I also used a different directory from older sequences and they also don't display models.

I have been using Xlights for over a year but I usually don't create the crash reports. I have this one saved. My question is what do I do with the report?

Thanks!
