Bugs in xLights/Nutcracker / Possible bug in 2016.9

I don't have a mic so I will have to type what is going on in the video.  I created my layout in 2016.8 and everything worked like a champ.  Now I installed 2016.9 and now when I try to open one of my sequences it tells me there is no model "matrix", but as you can see in the video it is defined.  Plus I only have one yard group, but in 2016.9 when I try to load a sequence it shows about 9 groups.  I don't know why.

I started a new sequence and selected my yard element and started it to create random effects over the song length.

I just got an error when I was closing down Xlights 4 (2016).  where do I need up send the zip file it created?.  Thanks in advance.

Never mind I found the attachment option.  I hope this is the correct area for this.
