Bugs in xLights/Nutcracker / After saveing and closing, can not run xlights.

So if I save a job and close xlights, it will not let me ope it again. Something about a .dll or image missing. See pictures I posted on the facebook page since I can not seem to put them here.

LOR / Cosmic Color Pixel (LOR CCB100)

NOOB. I am going to try to switch from LOR to X/Lights for my 2016 shows. I currently have 2 CCB100 from LOR and 3 CTB16.
If I want to run my pixels in X/Lights, Do have to run them in DMX Mode? I saw somewhere that the number of LOR channels are limited running in LOR mode.
If I do have to run them in DMX Mode, How would i set it up in the Setup tab? I know very little about DMX. I do know that each pixel is 3 channels in LOR. When I build a Custom Model, do I number it, 1,4,7, or do I still mark each box 1,2,3? I think if I can get past this, the rest will click.
