Keith, at the very end of a color wash as it fades to black, the other color starts again for a split second. this therefore gives a very brief flash instead of fading completely to black. The count has to be more than 1. This also happens with the on effect with a count of more than 1 and end intensity 0.

Hello all,
I have just noticed a strange blip at the end of a color wash with a count of more than 1. This also happens with the ON effect with a count of more than 1.
2017.6 works perfectly, 2017.7 to 2017.10 have this 'blip'.
I have attached 2 images which show this.

That did it! You are a Bobby Dazzler (that's good!!) Thanks very much.

Also you can double click the row heading until you can see the nodes and you'll see whether the color switches happen on your beat timings.  Then just drag it around till it matches.

Hello All,
I'm working on a sequence where I want the bars effect to move my garage icicles with the beat. I am also using the same effect to move the other icicles every 4th beat. So far I have fine tuned the "cycles" in the "effect settings" but the timing is not quite bang-on. Is there a more accurate way to synchronise this effect to the beat?
I have attached the sequence and related files as a zip.
Any expertise would be most welcome.

Thanks for the reply. Sequence was done in 2016.32 and I didn't even notice the change until I upgraded to .34 but it also happens in .33. I will give your suggestion a whirl.

Bugs in xLights/Nutcracker / 2016.33 - problem with colour wash effect.

Hello all.
I have noticed a problem with 2016.33 and .34 with my colour washes. The "circular palette" box is checked on every colour wash if the count is set to 1. If the count is greater than 1 the circular palette box is unchanged. All of these boxes should be unchecked in the original sequence.

Thank you very much gents, I knew it would be me. The one thing was that I couldn't find anywhere where I could switch between "paste by time" and "paste by cell" until I did -  settings > reset toolbars.
Now all is well in my world.

Bugs in xLights/Nutcracker / 2016.23 onwards - copying effects to other elements.

Hello all,
I am currently using 2016.22 because from 2016.23 onwards I have a problem copy effects to other display elements. I'm using windows 10 and when I copy an effect it's size remains the same. So if the effect on one element spans 10 timing markers (10 cells?), when I try to copy it somewhere else but only select 2 cells, the effect is still 10 cells in length.
I hope you guys know what the heck I'm on about because in my head is sounds right !?
