Enhancement Requests / Always updating

It is okay to update a software program, but it seems like you guys are constantly updating this thing just about every week. It seems to me that this program will NEVER be done if people keep asking for this and that. Also this keeps making it harder and harder to learn.
Don't get me wrong, I really like this program and am having trouble getting it to work properly with me coming from Light o Rama. I really want to use this program next year, but with some of the updates, things don't work right and we have to reload an earlier version.
When is it time to say enough is enough?.

Bugs in xLights/Nutcracker / Load error in 2019.4

I get this error when I load a sequence or save a sequence
Unable to load sequence:
C:\Xlights\Christmas 2018\any file.iseq
All the files are in that folder
I will attach an error file called xLightsProblem.zip

Xlights Setup / Xlights not converting LOR sequence correctly

When I convert an Light O Rama sequence  by starting a new musical, then choosing import effects and choosing Light O Rama sequence, the mapping screen comes up and for example:I have a mini tree sequence in LOR as dmx dumb rgb, in xlights map screen mini tree 1 shows on the add side mini tree p1 and mini tree 91 r,g,b and the xlights side it has mini tree 1 with an arrow beside it. When I click on the arrow under mini tree 1, it has strand 1. When I save mapping and render the sequence, in preview, the mini tree1 does not sequence as it did in LOR.
Some help is needed here please!

Xlights Setup / Xlights not showing correctly in house preview

I have sequences done in LOR and try to convert to Xlights so I can run the show on Falcon Pi 3. I have watched sevel videos on you tube, but i am either not setting up the models correctly I quess. I have 4 singing bulbsdone with dumb rgb sequenced in LOR as DMX, but can't seem to get the outlune, eyes, mouths, etc. to display correctly in Xlights house preview.
What do I need to upload and how do I upload to someone here that can help me with this problem?

Do You Need Help? Post it here / Working with Excel

I am new to pixels and nodes as well as Xlights. I have been doing a display using LOR for 3 years and want to get into pixels and nodes.

I have watched a lot of videos. I am trying to convert my LOR to Xlights and trying to incorporate shared talking props, ie: bulbs and trees into my sequences, but they don't channel up correctly when I play the sequence and watch the models.

I saw videos where some use Excel. I have downloaded an alternative to Excel, but I don't know how to get the channel configuration into the spreadsheet.

I don't know how to setup the spreadsheet to see what my channel config woud be in Xlights from LOR.
Could someone help a newbie with this?

I sure would appreciate it. I want to get my this years display sequenced as I am trying to re-sequence my sequences with talking figures and you know how long that takes.
I am having channel assignment issues in Xlights and my prop don't act correctly.
