Thanks, that was it!  I typically work in Master View, so that's why it wasn't working for me.

Usually I don't select more than one timing track but I was just working on the timing tracks for a new sequence and wanted to align the track for some of the background vocals with one of the other tracks.  I thought it might be easy just to select both tracks to see how closely they were aligned.

I'm probably just missing something simple somewhere, but I can't select multiple timing tracks on my own sequences.  Selecting the radio button for a timing track always deselects the previously selected track.  I know it can be done because it works as documented in the manual when I load the XATW example sequences.  I've checked my preferences and sequence settings but I can't find anything that seems to relate to this feature. 

It's not a big deal, just a small quirk in my configuration that I find annoying.  It would be nice to understand what is different in my sequences.

I downloaded 2020.42 and tested the star fix.  I needed to change the starting location to Bottom Ctr-CW but that was it.   it works again!

Each model has a set of "appearance" attributes.  One of these is pixel size.   The default is 2, so increasing this should help.

Hi again,
I was just trying out the "Text from Lyrics" option in the Text Effect.  I have a timing track with the lyrics from the song I'm working on and I just thought I'd see if I could display these lyrics on my matrix.  The drop down let me select the timing track with the lyrics, but when I preview it, nothing gets displayed.  Is there a trick to this that I'm  missing?

I just downloaded release 2020.41 of Xlights and noticed that there were changes to the Star Models.  There certainly were, since all the submodels I have are messed up.  I have Boscoyo stars with an inner, middle and outer star as submodels.  These no longer resemble stars.  I went back to release 2020.40 and they are all fine again. 

Is there a bug or do I need to make changes to my models for this new version?

I tried that but it moved parts of the layout of the bounding box. 

I then realized that all I needed to do was select everything and move it into the box.  Doh!! Oh well.

This shifted my 3D layout as well, so then I needed to figure out how to shift that around.

Is there something with my layout that is causing the bounding box to be elongated on the right side?  It's not causing any problems, it's just a bit annoying in the sequencer to have all this blank space on one side.
