What I'm asking is should I be using shielded cat5e cable or is standard cat5 good enough. My lag has cleared up because I've changed from connecting LOR system to comm 4 instead of using the DMX spot on my F4v3 card. My other question was I saw a video about making sequences and the advice was to run your mp3 through audioasity and do something to help with the way things run I just dont remember what that advice was. Thanks for help.

Brand new and I actually have my pixel tree running. But notice little lag. So Cat 5e shield vs un shield looking for best to use and can you use cat 6 ? Also I saw on one of these xlight videos I believe it was Keith talking about running your mp3 through Audasity and doing something to make it better . Does anyone know what that may have been thanks

Falcon Hardware / Falcon F4v3 help please

I just built a 7 ft mega tree using falcon f4v3. Had it up and running by itself fine. Tried hooking my old LOR system to it kept crashing after 2 songs. Went online saw that since I've never updated firmware best to do it. At V 2.55 now. BUT in run mode or test mode it will only light up first 50 nodes even tested all 16 strings and brought 2 new strings out to test it. I've contacted falcon but no responce back in 2 days. Any advice?? Thanks

Ok I've set up the home screen to show I had my lawn setup last year (LOR) Now this year I'm adding singing faces and have them modeled. What I would like to do is just see those models (4) by themselves not with everything else. I know I can see 1 model but can I set it some how to view just the 4? Thanks .

I'm new to pixel lights this year. I'm adding to my display 4 of the boscoyo singing light bulbs, and maybe a small pixel tree. Will xlights support the falcon f4v3 controller? And I will gladly take any hints from anyone that would like to share some helpful ideas Thank you
