Xlights Setup / Multiple mini trees one string of pixels???

I have a two small tree frames I found at the store... One I have it running with100 pixels zig zag (2 strings of 50)... My question is... How can I use another 100 pixel to zig zag the other smaller tree? I am using a raspberry pi with fpp... I'm experimenting at the time until next year once I learn more about this. I am not sure if I need to use a different gpio pin for the second tree or can I hook all lights at once and do it that way? I have been looking around but I haven't found a similar issue.
