Your not alone.   I have had the same problem. No reason found yet.  Cut out lasts for about 10 seconds.

Xlights Setup / Xlight freezes - Another process seems to be outputting to lights USB DMXOpen

I have not been able to get a USB Dongle that runs fine under Vixen 3, to work with Xlights when running with a Falcon 16v3.
The warning message comes up "Another Process....is outputting" and x Lights literally freezes.  I have to force quit.   My system is Lubuntu 18.04.    If I deactivate the USB and just have E1.31 running, things are ok..

I had to move my DMX network over to a serial output off of the Falcon.

Xlights Setup / Lubuntu 18.04 AppImagea not starting version 62.

I have tried to setup up a backup  computer running Lubuntu.  It currently has  Xlights 2019.16 32 bit version running.  I installed this from the Ubuntu software updater tool.  It runs fine,but would like to upgrade to 64 bit.

I downloaded the app-image ver 61,  62,  even 59 and they app appear to execute, but then nothing.. no splash screen, no messages of any kind.   File have been confirmed to be executable.

My machine is an Atom 330 processor which says it is 64 bit  capable.   
I have version 62 running on my other Lubuntu machines.
