4.0 does an automatic conversion during a sequence load.

Yes.  But the method depends on what you had and what you wanna do.  If it's just Nutcracker effect then just open the old XML file and it will convert.  If you had extra data in the XSEQ file you could import that using a data layer and then overlay nutcracker effects.

i will be doing another tutorial just for people who had the hybrid sequences with LOR,LSP,Vixen,HLS data PLUS Nutcracker effects.

it will be done this week sometime
