How do I fix something like this?  My flood light is overlapping my Weber Tree...it should be behind it....

In the model definition dialog open Appearance and set Blacks to be 100% transparent.

I don't see any trees being overlapped.

Not really sure what it was...I moved the model weber tree model I pasted into the xml file to the bottom of the models and it went away.

When custom models turn off their pixel they overwrite black. If the custom model is in front of another model (which happens a lot with floods, since you want the effect to overlay other elements) it can black out the model behind. Setting transparent blacks in the Appearance dialog resolves this.
