Like this is a way to make a morph zig zag across a line.  You could layer a bunch of them if you wanted several to follow each other.  I gotta see what you want to create it.

Gil,

In the GIF, is the effect that is below the three morphs just an off effect? Also, can you tell me what your morph settings were? I'm having a hard time matching the effect you made.

I already explained the Off effect in this thread.  It was just 3 simple morphs.  You can see the length of the head duration right there on the grid.

This is what I see the sidewalk doing around then.  I just drew a solid white line saved it as a picture and used vector motion to make 3 copies of it move.

Gil,

Does this vector motion only apply to a picture of a line?  I tried throwing in a solid red JPEG onto my 'all models' model group and moving three of them with this vector motion and it doesn't do anything.  i am trying to use a series of effects to do something similar across my entire display (my all model group).  I have something similar with a set of morphs but it is not quite the same.

Thanks,

Can you help me understand how this works then?  When you have time.  I put in a picture that was a solid red JPEG and selected vector.  Are there other settings to make it move or am I not understanding how this works?  Your animated GIF that you showed for the white line just showed that you put in a white line and selected vector and it was moving back and forth.  I guess I didn't see a directionality selection.

Thanks,
