.Vix to .fseq error

So I am  running my show with a pi and 8 channel relay. everytime I try to convert .vix to .fseq it sends me a message

I have it all in the same file and it still doesn't work
Please help soon

The error message has nothing to do with the actual crash that's occurring.  When it crashes we try to copy all the relevant files and zip them into the debug zip file and that's what's failing here.  Is the path shown in the error for the xlights_networks.xml file really where your show directory is pointing?  If so you  need to move it.  Only application files should exist underneath the Program Files directories not any user files and Windows usually will have restrictions in the areas by default.

Ok so I put the profile and the seqence in a folder on the destop and its doing the same thing

Well it looks like it's creating a debug report that contains the backtrace file.  If so that's what needs to be attached here.

The backtrace shows its crashing while reading the Vixen file or some of the work that happens during then.  Have you defined your output channels in the setup page?

I don't believe I know how to make the outputs be the gpio pins on the pi

Just create a null output in xLights with enough channels to cover the number of channels in your sequence file.
