I'm not sure I'm the only one, but I have sub directories where I separate my sequences and files associated with those sequences. The backup process appears to only perform a copy of the current show directory. Move the copy command to an external file so that we can update the copy options (i.e. add recursive, backup more than just .xml, etc).
