Apologies Everyone
« on: December 26, 2015, 01:54:21 AM »
Recently, my posts on this forum were certainly reflecting my frustration on my show.

I was so exhausted over everything going wrong.  Frustration builds even more when you have tried so hard to get things running, and then have more issues.  Hence my rather desperate sounding pleas for help.

I realize everyone that responded to me was truly trying their best to help me.  In my state of mind, I just wanted a quick fix.

To ALL, I offer my apologies for my shortness at times on responses. Especially to Gil.

Although I still have some issues of elements playing using wholehouse, hope to resolve next year.

I am Happy to say, I didn't let murphy beat me down. At 20:00 this eve, I got to see what I worked hard for, lit up in all it's magnificence.....at least to me anyway.

I realize this is a time for sharing, I am so Happy to finally be sharing with the community.

I also realize, it is a light show. Many folks have more serious and or pressing issues in their lives right now.

To those people, I offer my sincerest thoughts and prayers.

May each and Everyone have a Joyous rest of the Holiday Season, and a Wonderful New Years!

Best,
David

We have all been there.  I've left an element that is mostly all white sitting in the yard for a week to spend more time with family and help around the house with cooking and tidying instead of hiding from guests trying to fix controller issues, cable issues, programming issues etc.

My show was blown up by mother nature weeks ago and it took a few days to get to where you are, long nights trying to pull lights out of the furballs left over from storm clean up.  I still have another furball and a lot of lights to test to see if they work still.

Just moved onto planning for next year as best as I could, may you find joy in that too as you work through your issues before your elements all come down.

ditto on everything -- including an element that is mostly white -- a pixel tree that has 16 strands of 60 pixel strings.  i've got some sequences that work normally, so i think it might be related to dimming controls.  need time to look at it.
