Sure you just need to find someone that wants to do the work. It hasn't been high on my wish list because there are other ways to load multiple palettes. If you click on an effect it loads the palette used in that effect. So I usually have a few different effects with different palettes and I just click on the effect that had the palette I want to load that palette. The only thing that doesn't help is using the palette across to other sequences.
