How to trackdown warnings for "Models hidden by effects on groups" in a sequence

So I ran the "check sequence" task on a sequence I am working on and received 62 warnings in the "Models hidden by effects on groups" area. Only there isn't any information about where it happens in the sequence reported in the log that is created. I have been going through the sequence to identify where they could possibly be, but I am not able to identify where in the sequence any of these problems are occurring. An example of what I did to attempt to find the warnings (using the last warning in the above log), I went to the roof line group and expanded it so I could see the Roof Line Top, Roof Line Bottom, and Roof Line Icicles rows as well. I scanned the entire timeline and could not find any location where any effects were placed over each other on the timeline. I did the same for the arch fans group, house bottom, matrixes, etc. Any issue I found I fixed. But none of the warnings went away.

I then thought maybe these warnings were being generated by the model being in two different groups and there may be placed where the two different groups conflict. Went through and removed all of the effects I thought were being hidden that way, but again, none of the warnings went away. There are still some effects on my whole house group that are being run at the same time as the listed groups, but what is left is done intentionally to achieve certain effects, and removing anything further would degrade the overall effect.

Not really sure how to attack this problem any further since I do not know where in the sequence these are happening. Is there some way to have the check sequence report identify where in the timeline these are happening? I tried reading through the manual, but couldn't find any more information than what I already know.

This warning has nothing to do with effects. When you look in the master view of a group appears after a model effects will tend to override effects on the group. This is a warning only as this may be intended especially now we support model blending but commonly in the past it was not intended and led to lots of spurious bug reports about effects not showing up as expected.
