Nutcracker on Windows 10 Iot?

I may be going out on a limb here, but does Xlights run on Windows 10 Iot?  I am considering running on a raspberry pi 3 and it runs windows 10 iot.

Windows10 IOT does not run Win32 apps. You'll need to find a "Universal App" to run on IOT.
