Oh well, to hell with it!  I'm not going to change the show content (although I like the idea of mixing it up on different days).

My family will continue to get in the car and pretend to leave , only to come back and watch the show multiple times....as for the traffic..I've never advertised the location, except to friends and colleges..but we do raise a ton of money for our charities and plan to continue...

to all of us who spent the time to imagine, create, and deliver an unique holiday experience, Well Done!  Keep up the good work, no matter the motivation.

AND special thanks to the Xlights/Nutcracker development team for the exceptional tools you have provided us!!  Great Job and Well done!!

BTW: the forums add much to the discussion!

So my two oldest daughters came home for Christmas break and decided to go out to eat.  It was the Friday that all the kids got out in the local school system, and I was running the 45 min. show. Then this happened;

That is my daughter in front and me in the back running to the house to direct traffic. Way down the road to the right, you see one of the Christmas trees.  So 2015, we shortened the show length. We even ran a longer show for the first hour, then shorter and shorter shows as the hours rolled on. That helped. This year on some nights I would even run a 4 to 7 min max show at certain times. I live on a dead end cul de sac as well.

This sequence starts with the Welcome and progresses through the songs and then repeats

Sean I appreciate your comment and I just want to say how much I learned from your Seminar but even more from working with Lilia's work. I was able to do some tweaking on some of the songs and learned a little about how to use Power Director Video so I put the sequences into a full video.

Here is the Link:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MdSFwOIuN2U&feature=youtu.be

Thanks for all you and everyone associated with making this program as fantastic as it is.

Thanks
