« on: August 20, 2016, 09:10:41 PM »
I rearranged my start channels in layout and then went back in to sequencer and my sequences wont work.

I have tried to render but every time I do xlights crashes.

Code: [Select]
Error allocating memory for frame data. Frames=4486, Channels=800233, Memory=-705108600

This would work on the Mac/Linux, not on Windows.     You have 800K channels defined.   Do you really need that many?  If so, you really need to flip to Mac/Linux at this point.

No Actually I will need about 95k channels, I just put that channel number in to get it out of the way while I rearranged the channels.

UPDATE!!!!!!

I went in and changed my layout to the 87K channels I will be using and rendered my sequences.

All is good Now.

I wonder if it was just the extremely high channel count that was messing with xlights?
