Need some help on singing faces

I have itdown pretty well except having one problem and I dont know what I am doing wrong.

Everything works well until I use the Face Icon as you can see it distorts the image.

When I use the Picture Icon it works fine.

Is there a setting I am missing somewhere.

The picture effect has tons of features to manipulate the picture like auto-scaling it and such.  For the Faces you need to have sized your image before you use it.  Just use any picture editing program to size the image so that its number of pixels matches the size of you model.

I did resize the picture, Both screen shots above are the same picture. One was put on the timeline using the face icon and one using the picture icon.

is there some place in xlights that I can change that? I know I am just over looking something simple.
