Help me wire this Snowflake
« on: November 23, 2016, 10:28:38 AM »
I built this snowflake frame (3/4" square aluminum picket material). It is 36" tall and will utilize 120 bullet pixels. I am using the Falcon F16v2R controller. I am at a loss for figuring out just what order to install the lights. I began building a custom model but quickly realized that not knowing the bulb order sort of stops me in my tracks. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If the pixel spacing allows it you can skip every other hole as you go out an arm and then fill in the holes on the way back in.   But judging from the photo it looks like your hole spacing is too far apart.  Looks like you're going to get good at soldering jumper wires.

That would have been a good way to do it that never would have crossed my mind. However, I didn't plan for that one with 2" spacing between pixels.
