E682 not working
« on: December 17, 2016, 05:39:27 PM »
Today half the channels in my e 682 went blank. I am now panicking as the show is on. Anything to do with the sub zero weather in Chicago. Anybody with similar experience pls advice. Thanks

When you say half the channels, are you referring to the output banks?  Would that mean that outputs 9-18 aren't working?  Or is it some other grouping.  When you say they went blank do you mean they are not responding to your sequence events?

Yes channels 1 to 8 do not output lights. They were fine for the past two weeks.

Outputs 1-8 are powered by the left-most power input terminals on the circuit board and outputs 9-16 are powered by the right-most power input terminals on the circuit board.   I recommend putting a meter on your left-most power input terminals and see if you have voltage there.   You might want to post over at DIYC forum; there are more E682 users over there than here.
