HI and Good morning,
I am very new to xlights and learning everyday, so I have 3 50w LOR floods and having a problem with them and setting them up work in xlights. they are RGB and then strobe on time and strobe off time, I am also learning that lights that have there own controllers like e1.31 are very simple to setup. so back to the question can any one explain the proper way to set them up in xlights. because everytime i try and turn them on it seems to turn them on but when i turn them off the lights conected my PC crashes, not xlights but my whole pc and i have found with setting up channels if i dont have them perfect and turn the lights on then off, I get the blue screen of death every time, oh and it doesent crash when i turn them on it happens when you turn them off but again this isnt a crash report im just explaning what happens and and i know why, I have not tried the new ver 5 yet, and will try it today. and i have read in other posts something about the red dongle is there a better dongle to use. thanks every one.
