AC Lights option under settings is not showing

I have the latest 2017.19 64bit and the AC Lights under settings is not showing up. How do I get the AC Lights option?

Keith and I have worked on it all week...probably 90% of the work is Keith.  I've been more of a tester as well as adding the copy/paste features.  We want to try to find all the issues first so we don't get barraged with debug reports.
