Model Creating

Hello All

I am new to xlights and went to create my layout using my house as the background. 

I downloaded the latest version for windows. I then went into layout but I do not have the option to create models like it showed in the tutorial.

So what makes you believe you do not have the option to create models?  Are there no buttons at the top to select the type of model you want to create?

Hello

When I go into the layout tab, I see the Model/Group button at the top but when I click on it, it will not do anything which I do not think it is suppose to. I think it is just to show the Models that you have created which I have not. I do not see any other Model buttons.

You said you watched a tutorial so I'm sure they had to be clicking those model buttons at the top when they were creating the models.
