Desperate! Help adjusting model on time line....
« on: November 10, 2017, 04:00:53 PM »
I am a LOR convert and this is my first year.  I just finished "This is Amazing Grace" by Phil Wickham.  The AC lights portion is done. The sequence was too long... over 4 minutes.
I cut off the first 17 seconds and made the sequence around 2 minutes 39 seconds long. Here is my problem. My mega tree model still has the beginning 17 seconds and it has thrown off all my effects. So I need to cut the first 17 seconds of just my mega tree model in the sequence and shift the rest of the effects over to start at the beginning.  This is easy for LOR AC lights... I cannot figure it out on XL.  Some have told me I can copy, but so far that has not been the case.  I could copy a part of a row and delete it (the 17 seconds) and then copy or cut the remainder and move it over.
Please help.... Time is getting away from me.
I did try posting this to FB and did not get any real clear answers.

Copy the sequence. In the copy delete first 17 seconds. On exit menu use shift and shift it -17000. Save it. Go back to your original sequence. Delete all effects on the model. Now go to import menu and import in from the copy and o lay map the element you wanted shifted. Done.
