xSchedule Background play list
« on: October 09, 2017, 07:28:10 PM »
I have been playing with this but I know I am doing something wrong.  He is what is happening andany help would be greatly appreciated.

1. I have a few AC items that I just want to be on the whole show so I create a animation with all of the AC models on.

2. I create a new playlist in the scheduler.

3. I go to the Edit pulldown and select Background Playlist and select the playlist I just created.

What is happening is JUST the back ground is playing and the rest of the show is not.

Am I doing it wrong?

How are you blending the background playlist. Are you constraining the channels?

I am not...  Do I need to limit channels and set the channels to those models?

From memory you do need to specify how to merge the background and foreground sequences.

Does anyone have the exact steps to use a background  playlist?  I have looked through the videos and I can't find it.

I have no idea but it sounded like you needed to make sure the background and foreground sequences were not trying to twiddle the same channels.  So if you had a background sequence writing out to universes 1 to 4 and the foreground to 5 and up it would be fine.
