Newb Question (or Validation Request I think)

Hi Guys.  This is my first year with the hobby and I could not be more excited.  I have a 16 strand mega tree and a three row star (24") for my first year.  I have two questions:

1) Controller Setup - I'm attaching a screenshot of my controller setup. I have two controllers both are E1.31, one is a smart RGB controller with 16 outputs for the tree and the other is a Dumb RGB controller with 10 outputs.  3 will be used for the star and one for my listen on sign, with the rest open for future fun!  Does this look correct, in that the Universe number should start at 17 for the Dumb RGB controller and not back at 1 again right?  I only ask because the controller is on a different Unicast IP so are the universes supposed to be per controller, or is it per show and I'm setup properly?

2) For my Star, it's got three strings, the inner one is 20, the mid is 30 and the outer is 40 for a total of 90 Dumb RGB Nodes.  I couldn't figure out how to replicate that in the Layout, so I created three separate stars with the right node count. Is there a better way to do this? I feel like this will make sequencing relatively more difficult.  I appreciate any and all help!!!

On your star enter your layer sizes in the model properties separated by a comma and the node count would be 90.
