problems when i render the sequence

running into problems today when i render the sequence. i get theses two errors. just started today. i'm sure its operator error. any help i would be thankful.

You imported a LOR sequence that had an iseq file.  What I do is go into sequence settings and remove the reference to the iseq file in the data layers tab.

You seem to be loading your sequence from a backup directory ... not a good idea.
