Sequence view
« on: January 11, 2018, 03:05:59 PM »
I imported an LOR sequence and the view is in one small pane. How do I stretch out the individual sequence elements so I can see it all better? Also when I play the sequence is there a way to see the whole house preview in full screen? Here is a screen shot of what I'm looking at. Thanks

Sorry I don't think I saved the screen shot as a jpeg.

Use the plus and minus icons on the menu bar to stretch out the timeline.

The house preview is a dockable window so you can pull it out and place it on another monitor or resize it on your one monitor.  If you lose it, just go to the view, previews sections of the menu bar and select the house preview.

Yep there are a few ways to zoom in/out.  Plus/minus buttons or click in the waveform or on an effect edge then hold down the control key and scroll the mouse wheel.  It will zoom with a focal point of where you clicked.

Got it!! Thanks

One more question please. I'm running all AC lights for now and want to sequence some elements that didn't convert over from the my LOR sequence. I have the AC tool bar up but can't seem to get it to work. I know you have to drag the RGB effects down but that doesn't work on the AC stuff.

First requirement is you need timing marks kinda like your LOR cells.  Then hit the AC button on the AC Toolbar and then you can select a tool and start dragging out regions to create effects with that tool.

There is a video on videos.xlights.org that explains it all
