Not sure how these would go, but just throwing them out there:
1. When copying effects with an active timing track, copy all the timing marks as well. When pasting, the timing marks would be added. They will ignore any existing ones in the pasted space.
2. Moving a timing mark will also move any effect that starts on the timing mark, up/down to the next timing mark ie it cant be moved past that other mark. Only thing that may not allow this to work is an existing effect in the space that the timing mark is being moved to. Result could be that any adjacent effects are compressed??
3. (not sure about this one but just a thought) When closing a sequence (not saving) auto package sequence to the show directory
