Single Strand > Skips

Is there a way to time the skip in the single strand with a timing mark? Best I can do is adjust number of advances, but I dont think that is right.

At this point no...   Just the 'Number of advances.   Usually I use a number of advances of "4", place the effect across a "bar" (4 beats), and then copy/paste across and adjust the starting position.   It's not exact, but super close.

Thanks Dan - I can get it close but not quite close enough. Works fine for the first 2 beats than moves slightly early for the remainder.  Ill keep working on it.

Actually - so I can understand it.  If I run the single strand effect over 4 seconds, and have advances set to 4, does that mean it advances every second?
