Morph effect
« on: August 14, 2018, 10:05:00 AM »
When I place a Morph effect, I do not get the icon on the timeline so I cannot move the whole effect or even delete it. If I uncheck the timing marks and try to select it, it acts like I haven't selected anything. Let me know if you want a video demonstrating the problem.
Using version .27

If you don't see the effect on the timeline it either really isn't there or you have a graphics driver issue.  We've had a big increase in users with driver issues so we believe Microsoft has recently pushed out an update that has messed up everyone's graphics driver.  Go to your card manufacturer and install the latest and then maybe reconfigure how your Window's Update works.

You get a coloured bar right. Move the mouse over the middle and it changes to a hand and you can move it. If you want to turn off the coloured bars there is a setting for that.

Thanks,
This was a case of user error. I was looking for an icon in the middle of the effect like the others. And the cut and paste error was because if you uncheck all of your timing lines and only select one item by drawing the rectangle around it, you can't copy it, you have to select more than one object using the "rectangle" select.

Well technically only the Copy option in the right-click menu is greyed out which is a bug.  You could still use keyboard shortcuts control-c to copy and control-v to paste.
