1- "My Show Setup"

In this category, members could post their own new topic, ie "Bob Ginn Show Setup".  The information about hardware and software used in you veterans show setups would be invaluable to noobs like me, who could then make a post (new topic, Joe Schmoe's Show Setup) and get guidance on selecting the most feasible products according to technology, price, etc.  The biggest plus would be that members would not have to repeatedly post the specs of their shows and systems in subsequent new posts and topics throughout the entire forum; I would simply put the link to "Bob Ginn Show Setup" in my sig, where it show up in EVERY post I make. HUGE timesaver for me AND the responders.  Every member should be urged to do this.

2- "Lights"

Yep there are lots of wikis and clickis, but the whole hobby boils down to the blinkys...noobs need the basics, veterans need info on successful and new technology.  RGB, DMX, cables, boxes, etc etc etc...wikis dont answer all the questions

3- "Show Assets"

A place to share sequences, files, etc ... might be a nightmare to monitor, just a suggestion

I like!

Maybe under show assets there can be a thread posted for each song... under that common thread people can post their renditions of that song -- complete with the XML file and maybe a posting to a youtube video that shows off their rendition.
